with Assembly Floor Amendments

      These Assembly floor amendments provide that an improvement to provide up to five van accessible parking spaces does not require certain approvals described in the bill unless the improvement reduces the total number of existing parking spaces that were required by ordinance and incorporated into an original site plan approval.
