with Senate Floor Amendments

      These floor amendments:

·  within the individualized assessment that a landlord is to conduct before denying a rental housing applicant, remove authority to review health insurance coverage information, and add direction to consider any significant or extraordinary circumstances that have affected the household’s income or expenses; and

·  clarify that the bill is not to impose any new duty on a person licensed by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission during a transaction for which the licensee is not the landlord.
