STATEMENT TO

ASSEMBLY CONCURRENT RESOLUTION No. 151

STATE OF NEW JERSEY

DATED:  JUNE 8, 2026

      The Assembly Appropriations Committee reports favorably Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 151.

      As reported, this concurrent resolution approves the Fiscal year 2027 Financial Plan for the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank.  The passage of a concurrent resolution by each House is the means for the Legislature's approval of the Fiscal Year 2027 Financial Plan of the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank.  The consolidated Financial Plan is required by law to be submitted to the Secretary of the Senate and the Clerk of the General Assembly on or before May 15, 2026 to implement financing of clean water and drinking water projects on the eligibility lists developed by the Department of Environmental Protection.

      As reported by the committee, Assembly Concurrent Resolution No. 151 is identical to Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 135, which was also reported by the committee on this date.
