ASSEMBLY, No. 4790

with Assembly Floor Amendments

      These floor amendments amend section 2 of P.L.2014, c.29 (C. 34:8-45.1a) to remove a requirement for the Director of Consumer Affairs to develop a set of standards and procedures for independent third party practitioners to review health care service firm financial statements and records, general management, and internal controls.  The bill, as introduced, effectively eliminates the need for this provision.
