OFFICE OF LEGISLATIVE SERVICES

The OLS estimates that the Department of Health would annually incur about $230,000 in salary and benefit costs to appoint a Chief Executive Nurse – a newly established position.  As the appointee to this position is required to hold no other employment, the OLS assumes that the department would compensate the Chief Executive Nurse in accordance with the requirements for the position outlined in the bill.
