with Senate Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: MAY 28, 2026

      These floor amendments require the New Jersey Historical Commission to comply with the standards and requirements established by the Department of Transportation for the design, placement, and location of roadside markers.  These floor amendments change the effective date of the bill from immediately to 120 days after the date of enactment.
