SENATE, No. 4911

STATE OF NEW JERSEY

      The Senate State Government, Wagering, Tourism & Historic Preservation Committee reports favorably Senate Bill No. 4911.

This bill amends N.J.S.22A:2-30 to increase various county surrogate fees.  The bill also adds new categories of fees, including: Common Charges that Apply Uniformly; Assignment for the Benefit of Customers; Superior Court Proceedings; and General Surrogate and Superior Court Charges.

     The bill also repeals various sections of statutory law.
