SENATE, No. 4906

with Senate Floor Amendments

      These Senate floor amendments make technical corrections to the bill.  Specifically, the floor amendments provide the correct numeric budget code for the Department of the Treasury.  The floor amendments also specify that the Fiscal Year 2026 appropriation to the Department of the Treasury for “Gubernatorial Transition – Governor-Elect” is a special purpose appropriation.
