with Assembly Floor Amendments

This floor amendment clarifies that 1) the Division of Consumer Affairs is to obtain, arrange for, or contract with a vendor to provide the automated system to track continuing education credits or hours; and 2) the tracking system is to assist in determining if a licensee is in compliance with the continuing education requirement of a particular profession or occupation.
