      The floor amendments change the date that the bill’s provisions prohibiting the sale, manufacture, or distribution of non-clothing personal protective equipment containing intentionally added perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) take effect to January 1, 2030 from January 1, 2032.
