STATEMENT
This bill modifies current law governing the collection of funds by certain professional boards. The bill authorizes boards regulated in Title 45 of New Jersey law to retain the funds collected when individuals licensed by the boards apply for initial licensure and for when applications are made for annual, biennial, or other reoccurring renewal of licenses or registrations. The funds collected by each board by June 30 of each year are to remain with that board.
