(Proposed by Senator MCKEON)

ADOPTED: DECEMBER 18, 2025

These Senate Amendments make the following changes:

      (3)  provide that if a local enforcing agency institutes the action, 30 percent of the revenue derived from each civil penalty levied is to be directed and made available to the board, and 70 percent of the revenue is to be retained by the municipality or pilot county in which the violation occurred; and

      (4)  make technical changes.
