with Senate Floor Amendments

      Senate Bill No. 3602 appropriates $20 million to provide summer tuition aid grants at 75 percent of the maximum amounts for which eligible students qualify pursuant to current law.  These Senate floor amendments establish a process by which summer tuition aid grant award amounts may be funded at a percentage above 75 percent of the maximum summer tuition aid grant award amounts established in statute.
