with Assembly Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: JUNE 30, 2025

      These floor amendments change the reference from “employee” to “journeyperson,” remove the requirement for each journeyperson completing work established in the contract to have earned a high school or a General Educational Development (GED) diploma, and require journeypersons to have graduated from an appropriate apprenticeship program, not to simply be enrolled.
