      The Assembly Public Safety and Preparedness Committee reports favorably Senate Bill No. 2423.

            As reported by the committee, this bill renames the Juvenile Justice Commission as the Youth Justice Commission.  The bill also updates statutory references from the “New Jersey Code of Juvenile Justice” to the “New Jersey Code of Youth Justice.”
