      The Senate Transportation Committee reports favorably Senate Bill No. 2327.

This bill requires the Chief Administrator of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission (commission) to compare, not less than once per month, the commission’s database records with the death records produced by the Social Security Administration and mark as deceased in the commission's database records any individual who is listed in those death records.
