SENATE, No. 1939

with Assembly Floor Amendments

(Proposed by Senator VITALE)

ADOPTED: DECEMBER 22, 2025

      These floor amendments:

      1) eliminate subsection c. of section 6;

      2) provide that two or more children's meals, or 25 percent or more of the children's meals on a chain restaurant’s children's menu, whichever is greater, are to adhere to the nutritional standards listed in subsection a. of section 3; and

      3) correct a typographical error.
