with Senate Floor Amendments

      These Senate floor amendments

      (1) remove the requirement for the Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services in the Department of Human Services to automatically and electronically transmit voter registration information to the Secretary of State for each person who applies to the New Jersey Medical Assistance and Health Services Program;

      (2) delete an unnecessary extra word; and

      (3) specify that the Secretary of State will transmit change of address and change of name information to the appropriate county commissioner of registration when an applicant’s information reflects a different name or address from that on the person’s voter registration record.
