with Assembly Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: DECEMBER 22, 2025

      These Assembly amendments:

· adjust certain language, to direct the Commissioner of Community Affairs to establish, obtain, or arrange for a non-Internet application method for certain programs related to housing, shelter, or rental assistance;

· remove an express requirement for a person to be able to apply through regular mail, electronic mail, in-person delivery, or fax; and

· provide for the bill to take effect on January 1, 2027.
