with Assembly Floor Amendments

(Proposed by Assemblywoman SWAIN)

ADOPTED: DECEMBER 22, 2025

      These floor amendments:

      (1)  provide that the applicable principles required to be incorporated in the environmental sustainability plan for the State capitol complex may be derived from a nationally recognized, accepted, and appropriate sustainable development rating system that is comparable to the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Building Rating System; and

      (2)  stipulate that the advisory committee to be established by the State Capitol Joint Management Commission is required to include a representative of the Department of Environmental Protection.
