A supplement to the annual appropriations act for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, P.L.2024, c.22.
Be It Enacted by the Senate and the General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. In addition to the amounts appropriated under P.L.2024, c.22, the annual appropriations act for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, there is appropriated from the Property Tax Relief Fund the following amount for the purpose specified:

75 State Subsidies and Financial Aid

2. The following language is added to section 1 of P.L.2024, c.22, the annual State appropriations act for Fiscal Year 2025:

STATE AID
Notwithstanding the provisions of any law or regulation to the contrary, the unexpended balance at the end of the preceding fiscal year from the amounts appropriated for the Town of West New York – Overpass Project (PTRF) are appropriated for the Town of West New York – Recreation Center (PTRF), subject to the approval of the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting.
3. This act shall take effect immediately.
