SYNOPSIS
Provides supplemental appropriation of $4 million for Hinchliffe Stadium Partners to support stadium, entertainment, and tourism infrastructure at Paterson Great Falls National Park.

A Supplement to the annual appropriations act for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, P.L.2025, c.74.
Be It Enacted by the Senate and the General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. In addition to the amounts appropriated under P.L.2025, c.74, the annual appropriations act for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, there is appropriated from the General Fund the following amounts for the purposes specified:
22 DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS
50 Economic Planning, Development, and Security
55 Social Services Programs
GRANTS-IN-AID
05-8050 Community Resources ......................................... $4,000,000
Total Grants-in-Aid Appropriation,
Social Services Programs................................. $4,000,000
Grants-in-Aid:
05 Hinchliffe Stadium Partners................. ($4,000,000)
The amount hereinabove appropriated for Hinchliffe Stadium Partners may be utilized to support the development and maintenance of sports, entertainment, and tourism infrastructure in the Paterson Great Falls National Park, subject to the approval of the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting.
2. This act shall take effect immediately.
STATEMENT
This bill supplements the Fiscal Year 2026 appropriations act by providing an additional $4 million in funding for Hinchliffe Stadium Partners to support the development and maintenance of sports, entertainment, and tourism infrastructure in the Paterson Great Falls National Park. This funding would supplement a $900,000 appropriation made for Hinchliffe Stadium Partners in Fiscal Year 2026.
