      The Assembly Appropriations Committee reports favorably Assembly Bill No. 6105.

As reported, this bill clarifies the licensure requirements of home improvement and home elevation contractors under current law.  The bill stipulates that no individual is to perform home improvement services or home elevation services unless the individual is: (1) licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Home Improvement and Home Elevations Contractors; or (2) working under the direction or supervision of an individual licensed by the board.
