Amends Fiscal Year 2025 annual appropriations act to clarify distribution of Meals on Wheels Program grant to Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey.

An Act amending P.L.2024, c.22, the Fiscal Year 2025 annual appropriations act, to clarify distribution of Programs for the Aging funding for the Meals on Wheels Program.
Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. The following line item in section 1 of P.L.2024, c.22, the annual appropriations act for State Fiscal Year 2025, is amended to read as follows:

2. This act shall take effect immediately.
STATEMENT
The annual appropriations act for Fiscal Year 2025 currently appropriates $500,000 for a grant for the Meals on Wheels Program. This bill amends the appropriations act to specifically allocate these funds to the Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey.
In its current form, the annual appropriations act for Fiscal Year 2025 appropriates these funds to the Jewish Federation of New Jersey. However, because this is not the official name of an organization, this bill assigns the responsibility for distributing these funds to the Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey as intended.
