with Senate Floor Amendments

      These Senate amendments authorize the Department of Community Affairs to require a facsimile of a seal, such as an electronic seal, to be provided at the worksite of a licensed plumbing, electrical, or heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and refrigeration contractor, in place of an affixed physical seal, to certify a submission from the contractor.
