SYNOPSIS
Requires annual appropriation of $1.3 million to Evesham Township School District and $2.7 million to Lenape Regional High School District.

An Act concerning school funding and supplementing P.L.2007, c.260 (C.18A:7F-43 et al.).
Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. In addition to the amount of State school aid allocated pursuant to the provisions of P.L.2007, c.260 (C.18A:7F-43 et al.), the Legislature shall annually appropriate from the Property Tax Relief Fund the sum of $1,307,912 to the Department of Education for distribution to the Evesham Township School District in Burlington County and the sum of $2,679,401 to the Department of Education for distribution to the Lenape Regional High School District in Burlington County.
2. There is appropriated from the Property Tax Relief Fund to the Department of Education the sum of $1,307,912 for the Evesham Township School District in Burlington County and the sum of $2,679,401 for the Lenape Regional High School District in Burlington County.
3. This act shall take effect immediately.
STATEMENT
This bill requires an annual appropriation of $1.3 million to the Evesham Township School District and $2.7 million to the Lenape Regional High School District for general operational aid.
