ASSEMBLY, No. 5547

with Assembly Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: DECEMBER 8, 2025

      These floor amendments remove language in the bill that permitted

the Department of Labor and Workforce Development to establish a process for applying and receiving a waiver from the evening time limits on the employment of minors due to exigent or extraordinary circumstances.  The removal of this language reverts the bill to the introduced version of the bill.

      The amendments make the bill identical to Senate Bill No. 4400 of the 2024-2025 Legislative Session.
