with Senate Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: DECEMBER 18, 2025

      These floor amendments to the bill:

      (1) revise the definition of “advanced reactor”; and

      (2) expand the category of locations where the Board of Public Utilities is to determine suitable locations for deploying advanced reactors under the feasibility study to include current industrial sites and locations on or near former and current nuclear sites.
