      The Assembly Telecommunications and Utilities Committee reports favorably Assembly Bill No. 5464.

      This bill prohibits the Board of Public Utilities from approving the request of any electric public utility to increase any component of an electric public utility rate charged to ratepayers without conducting a full rate review for the electric public utility.
