ASSEMBLY, No. 4577

with Assembly Floor Amendments

      These floor amendments require that State departments, agencies, and instrumentalities provide reports only to the Office of Information Technology (OIT) rather than to the Governor, Legislature, and the OIT.  The bill requires that, upon receipt of these reports, the OIT provides a single summary report to the Governor and Legislature which will include the findings of the reports provided by each State departments, agencies, and instrumentality, a detailed analysis of such reports, and appropriate recommendations.
