      The Assembly Commerce, Economic Development and Agriculture Committee reports favorably Assembly Bill No. 4554.

      This bill requires the Department of Community Affairs (DCA) to complete a survey of New Jersey municipalities within six months following the bill’s enactment, to ascertain each special improvement district established by ordinance within the State, to prepare a list identifying each special improvement district within the State, and publish the list on the department’s Internet website.  The bill requires DCA to update and republish the list every two years thereafter.
