with Assembly Floor Amendments

      These floor amendments remove the provisions of the bill which amended section 2 of P.L.2020, c.112 (C.26:2H-12.96) and revise the bill to amend section 1 of P.L.2020, c.112 (C.30:13-18) to define “certified nurse aide” to mean any nurse aide who meets the requirements as set forth in 42 C.F.R. s.483.35, including those nurse aides who have become certified medication aides. 

      The floor amendments also make corresponding technical changes addressing grammar and capitalization.
