ASSEMBLY, No. 588

with Assembly Floor Amendments

(Proposed by Assemblymen STANLEY, ATKINS, and SAMPSON)

ADOPTED: DECEMBER 8, 2025

      These floor amendments:

      1) define “consultant pharmacist”;

      2) revise the definition of “long-term care facility”;

      3) require the Commissioner of Health to consult the Board of Pharmacy in adopting rules and regulations; and

      4) revise the title to reflect the changes in the bill.
