SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION No. 112

STATE OF NEW JERSEY

      The Senate Labor Committee reports favorably, Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 112.

      This concurrent resolution reconstitutes the “Joint Committee on Economic Justice and Equal Employment Opportunity,” which was created by the 217th Legislature, and reconstituted in the 218th and 219th Legislatures.

      The concurrent resolution provides that the joint committee is authorized, empowered, and directed to conduct a continuing study of issues concerning economic justice and equal employment opportunity in this State.  The joint committee is directed to meet and hold hearings in places it designates throughout the State during the sessions or recesses of the Legislature.
