with Senate Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: AUGUST 8, 2022

This floor amendment:

      (1)  requires the anti-bias training seminar to include information on existing anti-discrimination laws and how they relate to housing and appraisals; and

      (2)  requires that the document used to report allegations of discriminatory appraisals inform the potential complainant of the option to file a complaint with the Division on Civil Rights within the Department of Law and Public Safety.
