An Act concerning the child tax credit and amending P.L.2022, c.24.
Be It Enacted by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey:
1. Section 2 of P.L.2022, c.24 is amended to read as follows:
2. P.L.2022, c.24 shall take effect immediately and shall apply to taxable years beginning on and after January 1, 2022.
2. This act shall take effect immediately.
