with Senate Floor Amendments

      Assembly Bill No. 3681 (2R) establishes the New Jersey Educator Scholarship Program.  The bill requires students to be enrolled in a public institution of higher education in order to be considered an eligible scholarship recipient.  These Senate floor amendments permit eligible scholarship recipients to be enrolled in any institution of higher education in the State.
