with Senate Floor Amendments

ADOPTED: DECEMBER 21, 2023

      These amendments allow for the State’s Chief Technology Officer to conduct a study on the impact of redacting a person’s handwritten signature on any document published on a State agency’s website.  The results of the study will be provided to the Legislature and to the Governor.

      Following the study, the Office of Information Privacy may adopt rules and regulations that establish protocols for State agencies to perform such redaction.
